I’ve spent my career helping organizations find their voice, align their teams, and grow through disciplined, data-driven marketing and revenue strategies that deliver measurable results. I didn’t start my career as a marketer or a salesperson. I started as a leader who learned, often the hard way, that growth doesn’t simply happen. It’s built through clarity, accountability, and alignment across brand, revenue, and execution.
With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, I operate at the intersection of marketing and revenue. I’ve led organizations where brand strategy, demand generation, sales execution, pricing, and customer experience had to work together, because when they don’t, growth stalls. My approach combines enterprise brand strategy, go-to-market execution, revenue discipline, and performance analytics to turn complex goals into predictable, scalable growth.

Over my career, I’ve held full revenue and growth accountability within organizations exceeding $2B in revenue, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and led high-performing marketing, sales, and growth teams. I’ve overseen go-to-market strategy, revenue forecasting, customer acquisition and retention, and pricing across complex and regulated environments. Along the way, I’ve unified organizations around cohesive brand and growth platforms and led national, regional, and local campaigns recognized with nearly 100 industry awards for creativity, effectiveness, and impact.

I founded Gerrell Collective to bring this integrated growth leadership to organizations that need more than marketing support or sales advice, they need ownership. Through Fractional Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer engagements, I partner with CEOs, founders, and boards to align strategy with execution and deliver measurable outcomes, without the overhead of a full-time executive.
